About the Role

Precision for Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Manager II or Senior Clinical Data Manager to join our global team. This is a remote position, and we are open to candidates based in the UK, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.

Position Summary

As a Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the clinical trial data management process, from study initiation through to post-database lock for your assigned projects. You will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Work Instructions (WIs), regulatory directives, and study-specific plans and guidelines. This role also involves overseeing and/or performing database development and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Data Management (DM) contact (Lead DM role) for assigned clinical project(s) or program(s).
• Ensure continuity, responsiveness, and timely task completion for assigned projects, with designated backup support.
• Potentially support another Lead DM as a backup or team member.
• May include DM oversight of sponsor programs.
• Oversee the project data entry process, including the development of data entry guidelines, training, and ensuring data entry quality and appropriate resourcing.
• May perform quality control of data entry.

Requirements

• Experience in Clinical Data Management.
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Database Development.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience with Quality Control processes.
