Job Description

Supply Chain Specialist

Company: Distoria Technologies Inc. Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Onsite) Contract Type: Contract

About Distoria Technologies Inc.

Distoria Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based digital product company focused on building scalable, trust-driven platforms for commerce and community. Our growing portfolio includes Wardrobe, a fashion marketplace prioritizing trust, and Distoria, a community-driven platform designed for meaningful engagement. We are committed to product quality, secure infrastructure, and long-term scalability, developing globally minded digital products that connect users through trusted and innovative experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally strong Supply Chain Specialist to support Wardrobe, our fashion marketplace venture. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of textile and fashion supply chains, particularly across Turkey, Canada, and the United States. As an early-stage startup, we are looking for an individual excited to grow with the business and contribute beyond a traditional role. This position is for a candidate who believes in the company's long-term potential and wants to be part of its foundational journey.

Compensation Structure

This is a startup-stage opportunity with a compensation model primarily centered around equity vesting. Additional compensation may be provided on a contract/invoice basis as work is billed and delivered. We seek candidates who understand the realities of an early-stage venture and value the potential upside of building with the company over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations for Wardrobe.
  • Manage inventory planning, tracking, and replenishment processes.
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Support vendor, logistics, and fulfillment coordination across multiple markets.
  • Ensure timely movement of goods and proactively resolve supply chain or delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor and support cross-border supply chain requirements between Turkey, Canada, and the US.
  • Contribute to process development for scalable and efficient marketplace operations.
  • Support compliance awareness related to textile trade, import/export flows, and applicable tax considerations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Operations Management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics in Turkey, Canada, and the United States.
  • Familiarity with textile industry logistics, cross-border trade flows, and broad tax considerations related to textiles.
  • Experience with supply chain platforms, ERP systems, or operational software is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Must be based in Toronto.

Preferred Profile

We are looking for someone who is disciplined, resourceful, and motivated by the opportunity to help build an early-stage company from the ground up. This role is best suited for a candidate comfortable operating in a startup environment, excited by ownership, and seeking long-term upside.
