About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies for ambitious clients. You will be responsible for driving success through a combination of SEO, SEA, and content marketing initiatives, all while maintaining a keen eye on key performance indicators and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop holistic growth strategies for clients.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEA, and content marketing measures.
• Conduct website analyses and develop strategic concepts.
• Monitor relevant marketing KPIs and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Create high-quality reports and respond proactively to market changes.
• Independently track developments in online marketing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong strategic understanding combined with excellent execution skills.
• Proven experience with complex SEO projects and a track record of successful outcomes.
• A keen sense for high-quality content, technical SEO, and performance marketing.
• A high degree of personal ambition and an ownership mentality.
• Drive and motivation to make client projects highly successful.
• Experience with AI Search, LLMs, or AI Overviews is a plus.
• A consulting mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.
