About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to gather, interpret, analyze, and visualize large and complex datasets. You will be instrumental in providing insights to support data-driven decision-making across business intelligence, visualization, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Design, build, and maintain visual representations of data through charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Summarize and present findings from data analysis in clear and concise reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality checks and validation procedures.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets to extract meaningful information.
• Apply statistical methods and hypothesis testing to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Identify and implement best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide analytical support, and contribute to data-driven initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new analytical techniques, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• At least 8 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering development, specifically with Snowflake.
• Proficiency in DBT.
• Proficiency with Snowflake services including SnowSight, Snowpipe, stages, stored procedures, views, materialized views, tasks, and streams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior analysts.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity efforts.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
