Enterprise Account Executive - Smartsheet (London, UK - Hybrid/Remote)
Smartsheet is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA sales organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of Smartsheet by expanding software and services sales, both through acquiring new logos and deepening relationships with existing enterprise clients.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Smartsheet's success in the enterprise market. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, developing and executing strategies to increase adoption and revenue. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value deals and build strategic partnerships with senior leaders within large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Customer Outcomes, Marketing, and Sales Development.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term growth and renewal strategies for your customer base.
- Manage and execute complex, solution-based sales processes targeting high-value deals.
- Proactively create proposals that align with customer initiatives and position Smartsheet as a leading enterprise software solution.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track key metrics to ensure sales success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience selling enterprise software or services.
- A proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and achieving high performance.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior line-of-business leaders, IT executives, and operational managers within enterprise organizations (over 10,000 employees).
- Experience selling directly and through partners.
- Proven ability to manage a large and diverse pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in executing complex, solution-based strategic sales processes.
- Strong foundational sales skills in pipeline generation, territory planning, account planning, and deal execution.
