Full Stack Engineer (Remote)
Pogo is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This is a permanent, remote position for individuals based in the USA. You will play a key role in developing our enterprise AI SaaS product, taking ownership of significant features from conception through to production.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Pogo, you will:
- Build and own user-facing product features from initial idea to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, architect, and deliver new features.
- Design, build, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web user interfaces.
- Partner with leaders across various departments (Go-To-Market, Finance, Customer Support) to create internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Possess 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Are active users of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, including new Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and related tooling.
- Demonstrate strong product and design sensibilities, with a clear understanding of quality.
- Take ownership and are comfortable driving the development of entire product areas.
- Effectively manage their own time and priorities.
- Are comfortable working across both frontend and backend development as needed.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively, especially in ambiguous situations.
- Have experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users.
- Are eager to learn new tools and build solutions from scratch.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in early-stage startups or have built your own products.
- Familiarity with Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft.
