Customer Service Representative - London

OpsArmy Careers is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in London. This onsite role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Process customer requests, including orders, refunds, and account updates.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first approach at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom, preferably in Manchester or London.
  • Must possess a clear British English accent (native or near-native level is required).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
