About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote team. This role is crucial for driving client acquisition, generating qualified leads, and expanding VGreenTEK's market presence. You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and contribute significantly to revenue growth across our staffing and technology service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within IT Staffing, Recruitment, and related services.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and demonstrate our solutions.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, create commercial quotations, and draft service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular updates in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful service delivery.
- Represent VGreenTEK at industry events, business forums, and networking platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, HR, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Staffing, and Recruitment.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Solid understanding of IT recruitment and staffing is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of international staffing markets is considered an advantage.
