About the Role
Autodesk is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Named Accounts EMEA. As a key member of the Worldwide Sales Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the VP's office and supporting the EMEA Sales Leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex internal and external meeting agendas and calendars, proactively engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Organize and attend senior-level meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
- Coordinate and support large-scale external events, managing projects from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate with and support other Executive Assistants and Senior Management teams.
- Prepare and set up meetings, ensuring all catering and technology requirements are met, both virtually and in-person.
- Assist with departmental budget management, expense tracking, and prompt payment of bills. Act as a point person for departmental purchases.
- Manage internal communications projects, including All Hands meetings, email communications, presentations, and EMEA Team SharePoint content.
- Create presentations and management packs for senior leadership meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate offices, disseminating key communications and distributing materials.
- Manage expenses and project manage business initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to professionally interact with executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in frequently used computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Full fluency in English.
- Experience working within a multi-cultural global business context.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of broad Executive Assistant experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting at the Executive Level in a complex organization.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines accurately.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Global experience and willingness to travel globally as needed.
