Executive Assistant – VP Global Named Accounts EMEA

About the Role

Autodesk is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Named Accounts EMEA. As a key member of the Worldwide Sales Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the VP's office and supporting the EMEA Sales Leadership team. This is an opportunity to make a difference with your creativity and ideas in a dynamic, global tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex internal and external meeting agendas and calendars, proactively engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Organize and attend senior-level meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and support large-scale external events, managing projects from planning to implementation.
  • Collaborate with and support other Executive Assistants and Senior Management teams.
  • Prepare and set up meetings, ensuring all catering and technology requirements are met, both virtually and in-person.
  • Assist with departmental budget management, expense tracking, and prompt payment of bills. Act as a point person for departmental purchases.
  • Manage internal communications projects, including All Hands meetings, email communications, presentations, and EMEA Team SharePoint content.
  • Create presentations and management packs for senior leadership meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate offices, disseminating key communications and distributing materials.
  • Manage expenses and project manage business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to professionally interact with executive-level audiences.
  • Proficiency in frequently used computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Full fluency in English.
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural global business context.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of broad Executive Assistant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting at the Executive Level in a complex organization.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with robust attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines accurately.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Global experience and willingness to travel globally as needed.
