About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Market Sales Agent to join our growing team and manage our expanding property inventory. This remote role is crucial to our success, involving oversight of property sales, negotiation of deals, and ensuring an outstanding experience for buyers and sellers. You will collaborate closely with our agent partners, monitor market trends, and adapt listing strategies to achieve quick and profitable sales. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact Homeward's growth by optimizing asset disposition and driving strategic sales outcomes. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Disposition Management
- Lead and manage all phases of the market sales process, including pricing, negotiations, contract management, and closing.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent property sales and providing regular performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with agent partners to develop accurate pricing strategies that attract qualified buyers and facilitate rapid sales.
- Analyze showing activity and feedback to identify property condition issues and propose cost-effective, timely solutions.
- Adjust pricing strategies as needed to secure offers promptly while maximizing returns for Homeward and our clients.
Offer Negotiation & Closing Coordination
- Review, negotiate, and manage incoming offers and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for Homeward and our clients.
- Partner closely with closing coordinators to ensure smooth and timely closings with minimal complications.
Strategic Collaboration
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with our agent partners, aligning on listing strategies and providing guidance to achieve mutual success.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (General Managers, Repairs, Transaction Coordinators) to streamline processes throughout the disposition lifecycle.
- Identify potential issues with properties at risk of missing target timelines or pricing, and collaborate with General Managers to develop and implement targeted resolution strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or a comparable industry role. Experience in the Tampa, Miami, and Orlando markets is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for effective home pricing.
- Strong understanding of conventional financing guidelines.
- An active Real Estate License is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
