Wyser is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join the Health division of a market-leading company. This is an onsite, permanent position based in Florence, Italy, focusing on sales and business development within the healthcare facilities sector.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities within clinics and healthcare facilities across Central Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Umbria). You will play a key role in promoting specialized products and services within the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Promote Giunti Psychometrics products and services.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to clients.
• Manage and drive customer engagement through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Focus on customer loyalty and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and account management.
• Demonstrated ability in business development.
• Strong understanding of customer needs within the healthcare sector.
