Louis Vuitton is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Firenze, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position reporting to the HR Plant Manager.

About the Role

The HR Specialist will manage a comprehensive range of HR activities, services, and programs for the plant, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of HR support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify staffing requirements for new open positions or replacements, collaborating closely with line managers.
• Support line managers throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Plan and organize effective induction programs for new employees.
• Monitor probation periods for new hires.
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage overall HR activities, services, and programs for the plant.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR activities, including recruiting and staffing.
• Experience with employee induction and managing probation periods.
• Proficiency in conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with line managers.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
