This onsite role is crucial for supporting our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) division, a leader in providing innovative products and services that optimize energy extraction, production, and processing. You will play an integral part in helping the business plan for future growth and success within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement industrial relations strategies.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to foster a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of industrial relations initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Industrial Relations.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Understanding of Employee Relations and Labor Law.
• Familiarity with the Energy Technology industry is a plus.
