About the Role

We are seeking a Global Trademarks Specialist to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs department in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, full-time position within the Legal, Compliance & Internal Audit team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Global Trademarks Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and protecting the company's global trademark portfolio.
• Conducting trademark searches and clearance.
• Overseeing trademark filings, renewals, and oppositions worldwide.
• Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders on trademark matters.
• Monitoring trademark landscapes and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the development and implementation of global trademark strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trademark management and intellectual property.
• Familiarity with global trademark registration processes.
• Strong understanding of legal principles related to trademarks.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required.
