About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence (PPI) Specialist to join our team in Monza, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and leading lean transformations within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence and Lean Transformation initiatives.
• Deliver tangible results by leading change in both people's approaches and factory operations.
• Promote lean principles and Operational Excellence standard methodologies across various functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Transformations.
• Strong understanding and application of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Principles.
• Experience in Change Management.
• This is a mid-level position.
