About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for their Quality Control (QC) mRNA group. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Monza, Italy. You will play a crucial role in leading the QC team, providing essential scientific, compliance, and technical expertise to ensure the quality and timely delivery of mRNA products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the QC mRNA team.
• Schedule and manage team activities to meet project timelines.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment within the QC Laboratories.
• Support the implementation of method qualification and validation protocols, reports, and documentation.
• Oversee and manage various QC processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a scientific or technical team.
• Strong scientific expertise, particularly in mRNA or related fields.
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Technical expertise relevant to QC laboratory operations.
• Experience with method validation.
