Peak Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This remote role is open to candidates residing in Oregon (OR) or Washington (WA). About the Role
This position is instrumental in creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying and attracting top talent to securing candidates who align with the organization's goals and values. You will partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various open positions.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
- Extend offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Experience in creating a positive candidate experience.
- Skilled in partnering with hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
