About the Role

We are seeking an AI-forward Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role offers significant ownership of our core ERP, Distru Commerce, and our new AI-native product features. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, focusing on how AI agents integrate into user workflows, where automation is most effective, and where human judgment remains essential. This is a high-impact, high-ownership position at a company that values innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Roadmap:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring it is clear, prioritized, and communicated effectively with timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and collaborate with engineers to translate customer needs into meaningful features.
  • Integrate AI agents seamlessly into the Distru user workflow.
• Own the Product Lifecycle:
  • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication.
  • Determine the optimal balance between AI suggestion, automation, and user control within product features.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Act as a bridge between engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing, synthesizing insights to guide product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech product management.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping complex features end-to-end, from problem definition to measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including:
  • Understanding of AI tools, failure modes, context windows, and the LLM ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in workflow design, optimizing for speed, correctness, and scalability.
  • Ability to differentiate impactful AI integration from superficial additions.
• Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and write clear specifications.
• Strong prioritization skills, distinguishing between urgent and important tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on producing clear PRDs, decision memos, and spec documents.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software.
• Experience with UX design.
• Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience using tools like Claude Code for product development.
• Experience in early-stage startups (pre-50 headcount).
