Angel City VA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. This is a fully remote, permanent position open to candidates worldwide.

As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals by accurately documenting patient encounters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient medical history, physical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans during medical encounters.
• Transcribe dictated or handwritten notes into the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with administrative tasks related to documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent listening, typing, and comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
