AP Operations Analyst

About the Role

D2B is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Analyst specializing in Australian Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs). This is a 100% remote, permanent, full-time position. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and operational processing of SMSFs for Australian clients. This includes assisting with fund maintenance, transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance support, and audit preparation, all while ensuring accuracy and adherence to Australian regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and operational processing of Australian SMSFs.
• Assist with fund maintenance and transaction processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SMSF Operations, SMSF Administration, Superannuation Administration, Fund Administration, or Financial Services Operations.
• Experience processing high-volume transactions and routine operational tasks.
• Experience using SMSF platforms such as BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, or SuperMate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to processes.
• Comfortable working within structured workflows and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-driven environments.
• Experience supporting Australian financial services, accounting, or SMSF firms is highly preferred.
• Strong data entry, reconciliation, and records management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Australian superannuation and SMSF processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working remotely with Australian accounting, SMSF, or financial services firms is advantageous.
