Executive Assistant to the Founders
Silhouette Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast of the United States. Occasional travel may be required.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to the Founders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their daily activities. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for the Founders, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives or Founders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
- Must be able to work independently and proactively.
