Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient medical history, physical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Transcribe physician-patient conversations and medical procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Excellent listening, typing, and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
