About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own deals from inception to close. This involves collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify inbound leads and strategically prospecting into target accounts. You will manage multiple deals concurrently, navigate complex organizational structures, and demonstrate the value and impact of computer vision with Roboflow to address prospect pain points. You will play a key role in shaping and iterating on our sales process, identifying successful strategies, and creating supporting collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads in collaboration with SDRs, developing them into high-value opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, including executives, to understand their needs and facilitate deal closure.
- Close deals efficiently, focusing on increasing Average Contract Value (ACV) and compressing sales cycles.
- Prospect into new accounts and expand business within existing ones.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (customer information, deal size, deal status) to support forecasting and sales process improvement.
- Engage with technical stakeholders, including executives, to identify opportunities for accelerating computer vision adoption with Roboflow.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to inform new features and messaging based on customer feedback and market insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles, preferably at a startup.
- A track record of consistently building pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and/or business intelligence tooling is preferred.
- A solution-based selling approach with the ability to manage a sales process effectively.
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
- A hands-on approach to learning technical concepts and leading technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn as our product and sales process evolve.
What We Offer
- Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $300,000 - $320,000. Salaries are reviewed every six months to ensure market competitiveness.
