The Big Table Group, home to over 200 restaurants across iconic brands like Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, and Frankie & Benny’s, is seeking a passionate Junior Digital Designer to join their creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, multi-brand environment. You will play a key role in creating high-quality digital designs that ensure creative excellence and strong brand execution across all customer touchpoints.

About the Role

As a Junior Digital Designer, you will support the delivery of engaging, on-brand digital creative across The Big Table Group's portfolio. You will collaborate closely with creative, digital, and brand teams, contributing to campaigns, daily design requests, and ongoing brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with consistent and engaging creative across all digital channels.
• Design and produce digital assets for websites, CRM, paid media, social media, and other platforms.
• Assist with campaign rollouts by creating clear, accurate, and well-executed creative assets.
• Develop digital content, including static assets, animations, GIFs, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Digital and CRM teams to design email and app assets.
• Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all brands and platforms.
• Support website content creation and updates.
• Help manage and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring correct file storage and version control.
• Contribute ideas during creative reviews, brainstorms, and planning sessions.
• Stay informed about digital design trends, competitor activities, and creative inspiration.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative designer who is eager to learn and grow.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• A passion for digital design and creative execution.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
• Interest in digital trends, brands, and emerging creative technologies.
• Knowledge of Figma, AI design tools, and web design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Previous internship, freelance, or junior design experience is beneficial.
