About the Role
In this onsite, permanent role, you will partner closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop and implement integrated marketing programs. Your efforts will be crucial in driving pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness within the North American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including events, webinars, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide essential tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion.
- Event Management: Organize and execute regional events, both virtual and in-person, such as trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, utilizing data to optimize future initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas.
- Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
What We Offer
- A competitive annualized salary range of $130,000 - $145,000.
