About the Role

As a Project Manager at AllCloud, you will lead interesting and complex projects that deliver business value. You will develop trusting relationships with clients and be adaptive to changing project constraints. This role is crucial for overseeing client relationships, project plans, and consultant deliverables. You will be the primary liaison, working closely with client counterparts to ensure the overall quality and success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and project plans.
• Manage consultant deliverables.
• Act as the principal liaison between AllCloud and the client.
• Ensure project profitability and client success.
• Work closely with various technical and non-technical team members.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on agile project methodology.
• Manage dependencies, scoping, and risk mitigation.
• Resolve project issues and author contract change orders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Experience with Salesforce projects or regular use of the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in risk management and issue resolution.
• Ability to see the big picture while managing project limitations.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about Salesforce products, with a desire to earn certifications.
• Based in the US or Canada, within the Eastern Time zone.
