Jet Set Sports is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as VIP Hospitality Program Hosts/Hostesses for a major international multi-sport event in Milan and the surrounding mountain regions in February 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile event and provide exceptional service to our VIP clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host VIP clients and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide information and assistance regarding event schedules, venues, and amenities.
• Manage guest flow and ensure smooth operations within hospitality areas.
• Liaise with other team members and event staff to address guest needs.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Italian is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong client relations skills.
