About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the brand's image and presentation within its Milan boutiques. You will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand proposition across all in-store displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a coordinated image and brand proposition across all retail spaces.
• Support the sales team in renovating and refreshing in-store displays.
• Develop and execute special visual merchandising projects in alignment with the central Visual Merchandising team.
• Manage constant product rotation within the boutiques through effective communication with the retail team.
• Maintain brand standards and visual guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and brand image.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and central teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with product rotation strategies.
