About the Role

Rhino Publishing S.r.l is seeking a dedicated Full-time Copyright Trade Editor to join our team in Milan. This is an onsite, permanent position for a mid-level professional with a strong understanding of copyright and the international book market.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, select, promote, and quote information on foreign children's books, staying informed about international bestsellers.
• Maintain regular communication with domestic and overseas clients, including publishers, authors, book companies, and copyright agencies.
• Develop new client resources and foster long-term cooperative relationships through periodic visits.
• Participate in major European book fairs to identify and engage new clients.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities generated from book fairs and client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in copyright and editing within the publishing industry.
• Excellent client communication skills, with experience liaising with both domestic and international partners.
• Familiarity with major European book fairs and their role in international business development.
• Experience in international business practices within the book trade.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
