About the Role

APTIM is seeking a dedicated Technician to monitor an indoor air system. This role involves routine monthly site visits to verify system operation and record readings. While routine visits are brief, the position also requires availability for non-routine visits on short notice to troubleshoot or perform simple system restarts during unexpected events like power outages.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly site visits to monitor indoor air system operations.
• Troubleshoot and perform simple system restarts as needed during non-routine events.
• Complete and submit site visit field forms in a timely manner.
• Promptly communicate any identified issues to the site manager.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for 70% of the time, walk 30% of the time, and lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
