About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation leader to own the entire pipeline function, from strategy and execution to team management. You will lead a team of two existing members and be directly accountable for transforming marketing investments into revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Define and achieve pipeline and Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
- Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across paid channels, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and campaigns.
- Manage budget allocation and performance reporting.
- Lead, manage, and develop a two-person demand generation team.
- Oversee marketing automation and attribution infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, smooth handoffs, and effective follow-through.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- A minimum of 2 years of team management experience, with a proven ability to coach and develop individuals.
- Demonstrated comfort in owning paid performance and systems, not just strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, interpret attribution data, and build a compelling budget case.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or a hybrid PLG/sales model is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms, understanding when to automate and when to maintain simplicity.
- High sense of ownership and grit; you operate with a founder's mindset, proactively driving initiatives and seeing them through to completion.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of briefing content teams, pitching to leadership, and crafting clear, effective copy.
