Middlemore is partnering with a dynamic and acquisitive international financial services organization to recruit a commercially focused Head of Reward. This executive-level position will oversee reward strategies for the company's International regions, specifically Europe and APAC.

This is a significant leadership opportunity, positioned as the successor to the Global Head of Reward. The role will drive reward initiatives across a growing international presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop reward strategies for international regions (Europe and APAC).
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to support business objectives.
• Manage reward activities within a growing international organization.
• Contribute to the overall success of the global reward function.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Reward management, ideally within an international context.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Candidates based in Italy, Spain, Portugal, or France are strongly preferred.
