Operational and Financial Audit Associate Manager

About the Role

Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is seeking an experienced Operational and Financial Audit Associate Manager to join their Internal Audit Group. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Parma, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Internal Audit Associate Director and CAO, you will be responsible for executing all phases of an audit project. This includes:

• Planning audit engagements.
• Conducting audits, with a primary focus on Supply Chain and Research, Development, and Quality areas.
• Ensuring a deep and thorough understanding and evaluation of business processes.
• Reporting audit findings and managing follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Audit and Financial Audit.
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit principles and practices.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry, particularly with Supply Chain operations.
• Proficiency in audit reporting.
