Safilo, a global leader in the premium eyewear sector, is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our team in Padova. With over 3,500 employees worldwide, Safilo produces and distributes a wide range of sunglasses, optical frames, and sports eyewear, including renowned home brands like Polaroid and Carrera, as well as licensed brands such as BOSS, Hugo, and Tommy Hilfiger. Our international presence spans 30 owned subsidiaries across America, Europe, and Asia, complemented by a network of exclusive distributors.

About the Role

This senior-level position will play a crucial role in managing the international tax affairs of the Safilo Group. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations across various jurisdictions and supporting the company's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage international tax matters for the Safilo Group.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in all relevant markets.
• Liaise with subsidiaries and provide tax guidance.
• Support the management of tax risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to tax planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international tax.
• Strong understanding of tax principles and regulations.
• Experience working with subsidiaries in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with the eyewear industry or licensed brands is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
