Christian Dior Couture is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Internal Audit Intern to join our team in Padova. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in a luxury fashion environment.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Industrial Internal Audit Manager, you will support the internal audit team in conducting social and environmental audits of Christian Dior Couture's partners and suppliers across various business units, including Leather Goods, Shoes, and Ready-to-Wear in Italy.

The primary objective of these audits is to ensure that all manufacturing partners and suppliers adhere to the LVMH values, as outlined in the LVMH Code of Conduct. This includes verifying compliance with standards related to the respect of people, the environment, and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist internal auditors in performing social and environmental audits of partners and suppliers.
• Support the verification of compliance with the LVMH Code of Conduct.
• Contribute to ensuring adherence to LVMH values regarding people, environment, and laws.
• Participate in supplier audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

• Interest in internal audit, social audits, environmental audits, compliance, and supplier audits.
• Ability to work onsite in Padova.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
