About the Role

Carpe Diem Tours is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Rome. This is a pivotal "player-coach" role where you will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels. You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on involvement, leading multiple in-house marketing teams, managing the marketing budget, and collaborating closely with senior leadership. You will also oversee external partners and take a proactive approach to driving our marketing initiatives forward.
