About the Role

As a Waiter - Chef de Rang, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding food and beverage service to our discerning guests. You will be the primary point of contact for guests at their tables, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and elegance.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions regarding selections.
• Liaise effectively with the kitchen team regarding menu inquiries, order timing, recook requests, and product availability.
• Adhere to established cycle time guidelines for all meal services.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of your work areas throughout your shift.
• Communicate any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, or special guest requests to the kitchen staff.
• Inspect all china, glassware, and silverware for cleanliness and presentation before use.
