Billing Specialist

This is a permanent, remote position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process daily billings to ensure client invoices are accurate, consistent with contractual requirements, and issued on a timely basis.
Research and resolve billing, credit, and accounts receivable issues.
Review and reconcile account balances in Accounts Receivable.
Interface with internal customer service and support organizations to address customer inquiries.
Assess current billing operations, provide recommendations for improvement, and assist with implementing new processes.
Collaborate with team members in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to assist with ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

3-5 years of billing experience.
Experience in SaaS, software, or technology industries.
Experience with complex contract review.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding of billing and financial concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure with firm deadlines.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Capability to make timely, independent decisions.
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a significant advantage.
Technically savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
