We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join our Italy Operations and Employee Relations team, based in Bologna.

• Support HR Business Partners in managing employee relations within Italy Operations.

• Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives.

• Understanding of Employee Relations principles.
• Familiarity with HR operations.
