About the Role: This is a freelance, remote position for a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist. You will be responsible for accelerating growth across organic search, paid campaigns, and social media. The goal is to transform a premium product line into compelling digital content that drives qualified traffic and conversions, expanding brand awareness and sustaining measurable online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO (Organic + Paid):
- Plan and execute organic SEO and paid search initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO.
- Build and manage content briefs aligned with product specifications and category themes.
- Social Media Management:
- Publish daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (Twitter); explore TikTok.
- Create carousels, captions, reels/short-form videos, and product-led content.
- Maintain a content calendar and engage with the community, adhering to the brand voice.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and outreach to relevant influencers in the home decor space.
- Coordinate partnerships, including product seeding and potential visits.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and fees; track outcomes and content usage.
- Brand Storytelling:
- Translate product specifications and design stories into engaging social and SEO content.
- Adapt to the home furnishings industry and seasonal trends.
- Ensure error-free, on-brand execution.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO specialist managing both organic SEO and paid search campaigns.

- Demonstrated experience in influencer outreach, coordination, and negotiation.
- Strong English copywriting and content creation skills with high attention to detail and error-free delivery.
- Technical skills: On-page SEO, keyword research, basic technical SEO, content briefing, paid search fundamentals, social content creation (carousels, reels), light video editing, creative tools (e.g., Canva), platform publishing (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Pinterest), basic analytics and reporting.

WFH Setup Requirements:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or higher.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
- Headset with a noise-canceling microphone and a webcam.
- Back-up computer and internet connection.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $7.00 per hour.
