Estee Lauder is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join their HR department as an HR Assistant Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within the retail and commercial sectors.

About the Role

The HR Assistant will provide essential support to the daily operations of the HR department. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner for retail and commercial areas, contributing to key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on major recruitment platforms.
• Support the recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling calls, and coordinating interviews.
• Utilize HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold AI.
• Perform translations between English and Italian.
• Provide general support for daily HR administrative tasks.
• Assist with data management and the preparation of HR reports.

Requirements

• Interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with HR software, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Currently pursuing a degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
