About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Auditor to join our team in Genova. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Internal Audit in the preparation and updating of audit plans.
• Assist in the execution of internal audit assignments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes.
• Identify risks and areas for improvement within the organization.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management principles.
• Knowledge of Compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Financial Reporting standards.
• Experience in Process Improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
