About the Role

ZIM is looking for a dedicated Finance Accounting Receivable Specialist to join their team in Genova, Italy. This is an onsite position for a mid-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and post all Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions using the company's provided system.
• Create and maintain AR reports, including outstanding and back reports.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for customers.
• Support the billing procedures for demurrage, detention, freight, and all global and local revenues.
• Monitor daily bank account movements and automatic updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in creating and updating financial reports.
• Experience with billing procedures.
• Familiarity with daily bank account reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills for direct customer interaction.
