About the Role

Valmet is seeking an experienced Expert On-line to join our team at the Bologna office. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly receiving customer requests related to machinery issues and effectively verifying and resolving these problems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer requests concerning machinery issues.
• Verify and troubleshoot problems remotely.
• Provide effective solutions to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support and technical support roles.
• Demonstrated ability in remote troubleshooting of machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus.
