The Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) is seeking a motivated and talented PhD Fellow to join our research team focused on Dendritic and Circuit Neuroscience and Neurotechnologies. About the Role

This PhD fellowship is part of the ARC program, dedicated to advancing our understanding of neuroscience and neurotechnology. You will be involved in research that explores dendritic and circuit-level mechanisms within the brain, utilizing innovative neurotechnological approaches.

Requirements

To be considered for admission into the ARC program, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A Master's-level degree. This is broadly equivalent to a 4/5-year undergraduate MSc/MChem/Meng degree (British system) or a second-level University degree in Italy.
• For applicants whose first language is not English, a valid IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate is required. The minimum acceptable overall score is 6.5, with no less than 6.0 in any section.
