Your Role in Our Mission

As a Provider Enrollment Analyst, you will contribute to Gainwell's mission by supporting the Business Process Services team in developing and executing efficient processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with claims processing in adherence to established policy guidelines.
• Meeting production and quality requirements set by clients for timely claims processing.
• Utilizing policy guidelines and criteria to evaluate claim errors and make adjudication decisions.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with a foundational understanding of the medical and/or insurance fields. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Knowledge of fundamental concepts and principles within the medical and/or insurance industries.
• Basic reading and analytical skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions.
• Proficiency in basic computer use.
• The ability to multitask effectively across multiple claims to ensure efficiency.
• The capacity to work independently and meet individual production goals.
