About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to manage and grow our business in specific districts within Madhya Pradesh. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to India's healthcare growth and be part of a dynamic, international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales within assigned districts, focusing on hospitals and laboratories.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
• Promote Meril's innovative product portfolio.
• Ensure accurate reporting and maintain CRM system updates.
• Develop and expand the assigned sales territory.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven ability in territory management and sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Local candidates with a stable work history are preferred.
• Experience in Medical Devices Sales and Pharma Sales is essential.
