About the Role

Amazon Italia Services Srl is seeking a Senior Manager, EU Product Safety and Compliance to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Milan, Italy.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all products offered to our customers are safe, authentic, and compliant. You will identify, mitigate, and prevent potential issues, upholding Amazon's commitment to customer trust as paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product safety and compliance initiatives across the European market.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Oversee the identification and mitigation of product safety risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence in product safety.
• Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 years of professional experience in program, product, or operations management.
• 7 years of professional experience managing teams.
• Business proficiency in English and one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
