About the Role

Hospitality Connection Milano is seeking an experienced Head Waiter / Chef de Rang for a prestigious Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the dining service, including setup and mise en place.
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Provide exceptional table service.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and colleagues to foster a productive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Handle all materials and work equipment correctly and ensure they are kept clean.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Chef de Rang.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in order taking and table service.
• Professional communication skills.
