About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated Quality & Project Assistant to join their team in Monza, Italy. This is an onsite, junior-level position within the healthcare industry, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a robust quality framework and support key departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality & Project Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the Quality team through process assistance and required controls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing essential support for initiatives, projects, and best practices.
• Coordinating regulatory audits.
• Acting as a point of reference for project-related activities and infra-departmental tasks.
• Assisting the Site Quality Director with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and note creation.
• Contributing to process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Junior-level experience or a strong foundational understanding in Quality Assurance.
• Experience or aptitude for Project Support.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Audits is a plus.
• An understanding of Process Improvement methodologies.
• Excellent Coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
